Any info on why BA planes now always seem to have problems? I mean, considering the LHR-BCN 757 which had smoke in the cabin when it landed, and something else a few days ago / weeks but IIRC that was a med emergency, and now this??
I was on BA288 in July at PHX, smoke in cabin, everyone down the chutes. Does seem to be a lot of airline incidents this year, not just BA.

Assume maintenance is not being affected by the economic climate but some tabloid is going to jump to that conclusion sooner or later.
