Few questions on Booking class on Asiana website

Hello everyone.

I got a few questions and see if frequent flyers here could answer. I normally fly economy since employer will not pay for business class tickets. I do redeem for business or use the miles for upgrading tickets to busienss. I am unable to find the ticket class on Asiana's website during booking so I am posting my questions here.

If I book the cheapest ticket on Asiana's USA website, it would normally be class V or W, correct? If so, then it will only earn 70% status miles with Asiana.

How can anyone be able to get a G or T class economy ticket? They earn 80% status miles according to website. If I call the Diamond line for reservations, will they be able to book a G or T class ticket?

Finally, the economy "J" class ticket gives 100% status miles. Are those the expensive ones that are 100% refundable?

Anyone has any insights on how to get economy tickets with Asiana that gives a higher yeild (80% or 100% status miles) without buying the high priced 100% refundable ticket?

Thanks everyone
