The tone may be facetious, but the implied question is not.
Probably drag them off the embassy grounds - or more likely the public areas aren't part of the US.
But it does show the problem when you use a phrase without defining it's meaning.
To keep to the intent of the Founding Fathers who were trying to stop foreign born people ruling the US you would only allow "natural born citizen" to apply to people who were born within the geographic borders of the US which applied at the time of their birth and not allow people born abroad or in territories that weren't part of the US at the time of birth to be classed as "natural born" even though they are automatic citizens of the US
