Bookend return trip. Booked 2nd cheapest room like previously w/ no brekkie option & got upgraded to 2 bedroom suite Club Floor rooms but no access to Club Lounge. (2 level upgrade)

How are the rooms?
Very spacious, 11 yr old thrilled about her own room

How is the Club Lounge?
Lounge had very limited offerings the last time we were there anyway. Enjoyed the $3 beef noodle soup down the street better.

What was good and what was bad?
Good:
- shuttle available - about 20 min from Taipei 101
- great customer service whether by email or phone, upgrade guaranteed upon booking ^
- very young, interested staff all around
-Club Lounge concierge service very helpful
- fruit plate welcome, free water

Bad:
- poor Club Lounge offerings
- you need to book the breakfast option to get access to the Club Lounge
