Well on good days it is a fun job.

I am a Lead on the ramp, my duties are numerous but I think the most recognizable duty is the vest and wands.... My responsabilities include the safe orderly unloading and loading of aircraft, expeditious delivery of baggage to the customer.

Now enough of the recrutment speech; regardless of your background you will find it challenging. Basically we are in the business of customer service. Problems always arise and you must solve them, at times you will not please everyone but one smile sure does make a differance.

You will encounter Alot of bashing (especially AC), don't let it bother you.

Right now is the time to apply there will be no chance like this again!
