korea71: truthfully, the hotel staff does not know much about your account, although they know much more now with OnQ than they did previously. As for the points being incorrect, I wouldn't worry at all about that- most of the info the hotel has is pretty dated...but again, better that what they had before OnQ!

At this point, no. And this will probably not be implemented in the future, (I can't see how it would be be too useful for hotel staff to see how you achieved status, but I could be wrong.)
