Hilton has recently (as in the last year or so) changed over front office operations computer systems. The new CRM system is called OnQ, and it probably does display a lot more data than whatever system they used in the past. If you do a google search for Hilton OnQ you will find a number of articles. Most of the articles are very general, although it does indicate that hotels can review past stay history, complaints, etc. The hotel can also tell, for example, if a guest has ever stayed at the brand with in brand, etc. For example, has the guest ever stayed at a Doubletree, etc?
