My HH Point Total On My Check-out Bill.
I recently had 4 stays at the Grand Hilton Seoul and for some reason, looked at the paper bill that they gave me in a envelope as I had some time to kill. I noticed that on the bottom of the bill, it had my HH point balance. I don't recall seeing this on any of my previous stays. Is this a new thing or has this been around for awhile? Makes me wonder how much the front desk really knows about my account. By the way, the point total was wrong.
