probably FS (360 rooms, club, couple reports here IIRC, still 50% off suites) but perhaps >

paiza @ venetian
mansion @ sofitel (19 suites, seems like private pool too)

altira (former crown) has 216 rooms (suites = club, premier suite looks pretty nice)
crown towers has 286 rooms (suites = club)
IIRC they also have villas, no idea re details
