Honestly I don't trust Cebu Pacific, I've heard so many horror stories about delayed flights, so I won't risk it. getting to the Terminal 1, 2 hours before your US bound flight would be cutting it too close, it would be okay if you are flying on Business, but if you are on economy, I don't think you may have enough time.
