BWI for UA can be painfully slow at times, especially during the evening.

SAN - in my experiences have been rather quick.

LAS - Well, I've waited 20-30 on average, but I think they want you to get bored and start gambling.

I have learned to resign a portion of my trip to baggage claim. There are so many variables...(carrier, origin of flight, weather conditions, etc).
