Stayed at this hotel this past week. Not a great experience. First off it is about 30 min away from the airport. I don't think they should be allowed to call this property the airport hilton - no where near the airport.

Checked in and was given an "upgrade" as a diamond member. Oddly enough went to a colleague's room who has no status and it was exactly the same. Needed to cut our stay short by one day and was told we could not - we would have to pay for the entire stay. When asked if they could make an exception for me as a Diamond they said that they would but not for my collegue who had no status. And they acted like I was asking for the keys to the presidential suite. In the end they did allow my colleague to shorten her stay as well but again they made a huge deal about it. (totally understand they were technically making an exception but the attitude and production they made about giving it to me was ridiculous).

The gym was pretty sparse and the eliptical machine was a little shaky - not safe.

The room was adequate and comfortable and the restraunt was great.

Overall - I'd say if you want an airport hotel this should not be your choice. For the distance I'd rather stay downtown.
