I don't like the way the Flora doesn't conform to all the rules, but as a hotel (in Rome), it is excellent. If it wasn't so expensive or so difficult to book using points, it would be a great hotel in the marriott chain.

Service, typical of Italy, old hotel kept up very well. Breakfast on the roof is amazing. And, not a bad location.
