Beware, Room Service is not covered by the PP benefits. You must eat in the designated participating restaurants to get any benefit. Upon renewal, PP offers a $ 100 dining certificate and sometimes a $ 50 voucher as well.
I agree with the others, if you expect to get the benefit, you must present the card at the beginning and you will not be surprised to find out that the restaurant is a non-participant. We had a similar problem at the IC Hong Kong when we found out that many of the restaurants did not participate, but we found out before ordering any food and left.
