I stayed at the Grand Flora on points last year and it REALLY is not worth it. Bad service, hot rooms (I was there in November and they could not cut off the extreme heat). Ancient hotel and not kept up-to-date. Liked the Intercontinental much better (at the top of the Spanish Steps).
