Oh definately and some airports even have different wait times too for different airlines. But I rarely check bags unless my trip is longer than 2 weeks.

HKG-Probably the best ontime rating I have, always respects priority bags and never more 5 mins wait pass immigration. Except for a one stop flight I had once from CX JFK-YVR-HKG

YVR-Tends to be pretty good on AA and CX priority tags in international, usually around 10 mins. Very skewered on AC domestic though.

LAS-Have had bags that were boiling hot once you touch them, expect around 30 mins minimum

YYZ-Probably the worst I had, no difference between priority or regular luggage no matter the airline, I never waited less than 40 mins there, my home port is pathetic when it comes to bags.
