I have rented FROM there , and if it is same spot for returning it is Rent-Car parking area shared between Avis , Hertz etc on kota 0 . The entrance is from the circle like crossection of "calle de Alfonso xii" and "paseo de la infanta Isabel" . Hope that helps.
