I figured I would follow up on my own thread. We purchased the Hilton king bed set a few months ago. Ordering was simple; I just called the number on the Hilton to Home web page, told the woman what we wanted, she took my credit card and said the bed would arrive in approximately three weeks. In about two weeks we got a call from the shipping company wanting to arrange a delivery day. Prior to the appointed day we removed the old bed from the bedroom and assembled the new headboard. The bed arrived, the delivery guys carried the box springs and mattress up the stairs and set them on the frame and voila! My very own serenity sleeper.
We did not get the Hilton sheets but bought some at a winter white sale at a local department store, and ordered the feather topper and cover directly from the manufacturer so saved a few bucks. We're not using the feather topper in the summer as it was a bit warm, but it was nice when the nights were cold. We are using a mattress pad in the summer. The bed is firm yet comfortable, as you all know.
My only disappointment was we did not receive Hhonors points from Hilton to Home, only what I received from putting the purchase on my Hhonors AMEX. The shippers weren't there at the promised time, either (two hours later...), but that isn't a Hilton issue. All in all I am extremely satisfied.
