I agree with
videomaker - without knowing whether the temps on this flight were out of the ordinary, it's hard to say if something was wrong or not. Some folks feel the cold, others don't so much. On many flights sitting next to my SO I have been more than comfortable in a t-shirt while he is sitting there with a jumper and a blanket over the top.
