This 160 rooms and 4 floors hotel has been open for about 2 weeks. It is located not far from the Dorval Airport and is offering a shuttle service on a regular basis.

Just ended a 2 nights stay and it was mostly positive considering that it is a new operation. Stil a bit of construction around but it seems completed at 95% and more.

Check in was efficient and nice after being offered a glass of sparkling wine as a welcome drink. As Diamond got coupon for breakfast a $5.00 coupon for the pantry and 2 bottles of water.

Lobby is bright and large with a nice two-sided firepalce providing a quiet place to chat or read newspapers.

They offer all typical Garden Inn features including, restatuarnt, business center, fitness room and a swimming pool.

Ended up in a regular room I don't think any specific upgrade was done even if the floor plan showed larger rooms. It was late and did not want to argue at this time. Next time I will ask at checkin.

In the room was the usual manager note + a plate with my name written in chocolate with 2 chocolate on it. nice touch.

High speed internet was working fine and was free.

The room was not on the large size but confortable and well equipped with the usual features of Garden Inn. The only downside was the soundproofing who could have been better. The traffic from the nearby highway was a bit too loud for me. I suggest asking for a room at the far end of the hotel (and the highway). The nearby Hampton inn does better on that side.

The hotel offer room service and it was delivered within 30 minutes. Food was good.

There was a couple of mishaps including delivering someone else invoice under my door the first morning, no newspaper the second morning and found greetings and chocolate for another guest when I came back to my room the seond day.... I consider this kind of things can be expected during the first days of operation.

This now gives Hilton 3 properties around Dorval airport which is quite interesting.
