The older seats (only on one 744 now & all A340) definitely do not. The original press announcement for the new Recaro seats mentioned power outlets. Their website does not mention this and the part of the seat where these are located on LH's similar seats appears blank in all pix that I've seen.

It's really hard to imagine that they would not have this and equally hard to imagine that they'd not advertise it if they do.

There's a few videos on Youtube of the new seats. They don't show the outlets. You might email PR. They usually respond promptly.
