As mentioned, I was at the Conrad 20-22 Jul and quite enjoyed the stay. I wanted to add that for those here on FT who travel very much on business have different expectations and needs then those of us, like myself, who travel solely on leisure trips a few times a year. Spending 100 nights a year or more in a hotel room is a whole different ballgame than 20-30. That difference magnifies the smaller things some would consider 'minor' issues.
