The shortest time I ever waited for my bags was when I flew Continental to Houston. My bag had dropped by the time I walked from the gate to the carrousel.

The longest wait I have is with Delta in Atlanta. It takes an average of 45 minutes to an hour and once I waited 90 minutes for my bags.
