Well as usual, SPG dropped the ball on this one. What a poor response for them not honoring a contract. Personally, I would suggest disputing the charge with your CC. You paid for something that wasn't received so you shouldn't pay.

So does anyone know if they still have the non SweetSleeper beds at the Sheraton Chicago? They're still advertising them.
