There is no arrival lounge.

As you arrive in a mixed terminal, there is nothing stopping you from visiting the Qantas/BA lounge and requesting entry, although with no ongoing flight, they are able to refuse you. The F lounge also isn't open all day.

Either way, the best they would be able to do is offer a shower, there is no pressing service available there.
