Everyone gets free breakfast at Embassy, you should check your MyWay benefits - for Golds at ES you get a choice of snack items or points or Internet. Yes you will have to pay for parking if you use the hotel's lot (same everywhere). You would probably get a nice room at the hotel though with a good view on points. If location is what you want, the ES and Hilton are closest, the DT a bit further down, then there's a couple Hamptons in there, one closer to the falls, one north of the falls.
