As an elite if you had a Y/B fare you would be given a complimentary upgrade as well.
I fly United from IAD to PDX on a B fare and when I applied for an upgrade online I've been charged with a CR1. Are am I supposed to recieve a complimentary upgrade or is United right to charge me the CR1?
