Your best bet is to book the trip with the Boston origination, fly to Boston on a paid
ticket, and then start your trip from there. At the end, you can skip the YYZ-BOS
leg. By the way, you can probably get the same fare from NYC - it may be easier to get
a cheap ticket to NYC to start the trip.
