Turkish Airlines lounge is your best bet. Usually, SQ directs you to the Millenium lounge, which is large and uncrowded, but has no showers, and limited facilities.

I'll be at the IST lounge Friday as well, but not until late at night, because I am taking the Turkish Airlines non-stop back to Singapore late Friday night.
