Thanks I will do this. I did not think I was complaining, sorry if that came across that way. As I said the service was second to none and we got stuff, it's just that on this flight I was in no rush and actually wanted to be in the MLL in YEG. I already received my 768 miles so I will e-mail customer solution in a positive manner and see what they say. Thanks again
