Eh, a bit harsh, don't you think? I'm sure you've seen much worse (like SYD... UGH!!). I think LHR (esp T5) isn't that bad.
UK has its bad bits (lots of it) but there are some lovely bits too.
I have to make a rather un-PC comment here though. On encountering seemingly 'brainless' chaos in a country that remains nameless herebut where they had really advanced, amazing ancient civilisations, my husband says "So they peaked early, I guess?"
