To get back to the question that was asked by OP, I was really very happy with the restaurants at the RC Jimbaran (close, but not walking distance to FS Jimbaran) when we were there a bit more than 3 years ago. It is now new owners of this hotel - the hotel is now called ANAYA hotel & spa, so I do not know if they have kept the great quality, but we had excellent Thai food (best I have ever had, actually) and also very good Italian, fish, Fusion and Chinese food when I was there. Worth trying. We will go again next winter, and I can give you feedback than, or maybe someone else has eaten there recently and can comment.
