FS Jimbaran's food is OK but not brilliant. I would definitely take your fiance for an Indoesian/Thai lunch at Amanusa, which is a wonderful experience. As I normally stay in the Amans in Bali, all of which offer exceptional food, I hardly ever go out to a restaurant.
I am sure that there are some special deals at the Amans right now, so it could be worth checking them out. They do some wonderful things for honeymoons and anniversaries!
Thanks for the Amanusa-lunch tip, vuittons. Would it be possible to use their beach the day we would possibly have lunch there, or is this too much to ask? (We will stay in Amandari and thereafter FS Jimbaran and was thinking to have lunch at Amanusa while we stay in Jimbaran).
