We have been advised to use the website to complain. If anyone knows of a better way to get through to the catering dept, any help would be appreciated
As a vegetarian who flies a lot out of EZE/MVD, i end up in biz about half the time. Sometimes i remember to order a vegetarian meal. Sometimes when i do order it, they can provide me something, sometimes there's a strike and no alternative meal options.

I've pretty much given up ordering veg meals when i fly biz on this route. Here's why. You get the main course from economy. On the times when there is a real F/C vegetarian option, it's better than economy's veg, which is what you get if you ordered ahead.

That, and i've always ended up with something when i mention to the attendants that i'm vegetarian. That might not work for a large group. But frankly, people flying to / from buenos aires and montevideo, like their meat. There's not a lot of competition for vegetarian options.
