I agree. By earning 75k MQM in 2009, you qualify for the current PM, which will get you 6 PMU's, typically delivered in Feb. Sometime next year, in the northern hemisphere spring, the new DM level will go into effect, they will issue new credentials, and the SWU's and other changes will take effect.
