You show up on the list for CO1700 because you have already been upgraded through the EUA process. This has not yet happened for CO1685 because there are no EUA seats available. The Upgrade Standby List on co.com only shows customers who have been upgraded, or customers who have checked-in for the flight standing-by for an upgrade.
