I am CO Gold and am flying on 1685 on Friday 8/21 from CLE>FLL.

There are 16 seats with only 8 booked.

4 have been upgraded and no one is on UG list.

I am no where to be seen.

I followed instructions that I read in my search for this post and called Gold OnePass center and had them remove my OP# and reenter it.

It does not show up online (CO.com>Travel>flightstatus) but the woman at the OP# says it shows up on her computer and "it will be taken care of automatically."

Well I have two flights that day and yesterday I was emailed my UG for the other flight.
With stats like I mentioned above I believe I should have received my UG already (Not to mention able to view UG stand by list status).

What is the problem?
What can I do that I am in the dark about?
