The reason I ask is that I enjoyed quite a few stays at this property last year and the printed list of benefits very clearly specified that opting to eat breakfast in the restaurant in lieu of the lounge was disallowed unless one wished to pay extra for the privilege.
That being said, the food offerings provided by the Hilton KL were really top notch, both in quality and quantity. The atmosphere of the lounge was often a bit hectic and overcrowded but the spread of food provided by the staff was always very impressive.

No. I got a letter at check in about lounge priviliges. In that letter it was mentioned about the choice of breakfast. I agree with the hectic atmosphere in the lounge with too much crowd. It was hard to find a table on couple of days. I thought the food was not up to par with Conrad Singapore or Hong Kong.
