I can confirm this as well, it's a Club benefit.
Unfortunately I can also confirm that they tried to charge me for it upon check-out, but immediately took it out after I highlighted their mistake.

One other question:
Is it possible to invite guests into the lounge during evening cocktail hours and what would be the charge for it ?
