I have yet to stay at the PEN HKG but I have stayed in a Harbourview Jr Suite at the IC. There is something about being, essentially, over the water looking out towards HKG Island at the IC rather than near, or formally at, waterfront at the Pen.

The views are extremely mesmerising and is one of the MUST SEE skylines of the world.

That being said, your RA status will go a long way at the IC but I believe BOTH the PEN and IC HKG are Virtuoso properties. Have a Virtuoso agent -- there are many on this board -- do the bookings for you as the Virtuoso rates will include added benefits at both properties. Given this is your Honeymoon, the Virtuoso TA *may* be able to get you added amenities.
