I can't fault your concern about working out errors, but the August 30 date was communicated as soon as the resolution between NW and US Bank was announced. I just found my e-mail from NW announcing the deal on 5/9/09, and it states that "EQMs will be posted by August 30, 2009."
If it hits midnight on August 30 and your EQMs still haven't posted,
that will be the time to start worrying....
