Most of my 'great service' stories at FS Sing relate to special food requests or dinner parties we arranged for friends - they always went out of their way to accommodate special requests and also managed to surprise us, too.
After a couple of days, staff really gets to know you and understands what you like. It makes me feel like I'm at home, which for me is the sign of a good hotel.
No amazing concierge stories, I'm afraid, but that's because I rarely ask much from a concierge. Front desk, though, is always really pleasant and helpful and staff in the bar and outdoor terrace are good at recognising who you are and what you like.
