Maybe I am missing the point here but this just does not make sense to me. I am looking at flying out to CPT in December - I know the route is always busy particularly over Xmas but this just strange. When I book on ba.com (from NCE) (2 people) all I can get out the 15th Dec is via JNB in WTP and Club returning again via JHB on 1st Jan. This was just selecting WT at the desired class of travel. I even phoned the EC in Europe (where I am based) and they told me that there was nothing available in WT and WTP but only full fare CW - BA 43 and nothing via JNB. However when using opodo.co.uk, I can get out and back in WT (booking codes L /S out and H return) or WTP for 2 people no problem. How could opodo.co.uk provide a booking when doing it directly with BA they can’t match the flights let alone the prices?
