Two weeks ago, I flew with my family on MS. MS could not enter my wife's number BD3*******. I realized that my wife had just become Silver and I asked them to try BD6*******. Then they were able to register. They have this problem especially at CAI. Other airports like BKK and CMN do not have a problem with old numbers before status change.

We also experienced the same problem flying NH from Japan to China.
