Never stayed at Loews but have stayed at R-C Lake Las Vegas - a couple of times. Standards have really fallen there so I would no longer recommend it. The food used to be superb but is now very basic. I cannot imagine that Loews would be better, though, and the views from Loews are, from what I could see, nowhere as near as good as the R-C.
