Has anyone tried this hotel recently after it has been renovated in 2008 and in particular the One-Bedroom Suite? How does it compares to RC and the St Regis? I have been reading a lot of negative comments on FT recently about St Regis. So now thinking abt the FS. The price for the suite room looks very very reasonable and the location is great.

I'm a huge fan of the Four Seasons Hong Kong. I quite like the Four Seasons in Tokyo. I have not yet tried the Four Seasons in Singapore.

I was in Singapore recently and think FS is best for overall quality, although The Fullerton has the best Chinese restaurant (Jade).
The refurbishment at FS is very good - from rooms to top suites. The R-C has not been refurbished at all and is looking really, really dated. Service there, too, has fallen.
The St Regis is IMHO a joke - terrible food, patchy service.
Definitely stay at FS.
