I'm right in the middle of filling out my application for the AAdvantage Dining Program. I am stumped about which credit card to register. Do I have to register my AA Citibank Visa or could I register my Starwood or Delta Amex? If I register a non-American Airlines Visa card will I still get the AA frequent flyer miles as well as the Delta Skymiles or Starwood points?
