It is now possible to pay for Vodafone bills online by credit card. I was unaware that this was possible since I have always assumed direct debit was the only way. The obvious positive is earning miles through the bmi credit card.

I still have a Vodafone direct debit setup on my bank account, but have for the last three months made the full bill payment to my bmi credit card. This has settled the bill and nothing has been taken via the direct debit.

I use my phone for business and then expense the bill each month, so I tend to have very large bills. I expect paying by credit card will net me 5k+ miles annually.
