Things never improved.

I had emailed the GM a couple weeks before checking in. I never got a response.

One day, housekeeping didn't restock any of the toiletries so I had to call to get more shampoo.

On checkout, they tried to charge me $20.40 for the two "free" bottles of water.

I found out on my last day in the hotel (when the elevator stopped there) that there's a dedicated Diamond Floor. I'm not sure if there's anything special about it, but it's a slap in the face to find out that I didn't get a suite (which I wasn't expecting), didn't get the Executive Floor, and didn't even get the Diamond Floor.

A couple complaints about the bathroom light... The bathroom light switch is outside of the bathroom and is on a sensor. If you leave it on for more than about an hour, it shuts off. I took a long bath and read a book one night, and it shut off on me, leaving me in the dark. Also, the light shines directly into a mirror an directly into the bed nearest the bathroom. Since the switch is on the wall outside of the bathroom door, there's no way to avoid it.

The A/C is also on a motion sensor. The room is hot when you return in the evening. (Tip: Hold down the F/C button 2 seconds to bypass the sensor for 48 hours!)

When the stay posted, it didn't include the 1000 bonus points that they offered when I checked in.

I still haven't received the stay survey, which I'm very anxious to fill out.
I'm thoroughly unimpressed.
