CA to take over most of CITIC's shares in CX
According to http://www.cathaypacific.com/cpa/en_...0007d21c39____, CITIC will sell 12.5% of CX's share to CA and the remaining 2% to Swire. After the transections, Swire will hold ~42% of CX's share, and CA will hold ~30%.
